Sketch Up - Brilliant and free online web based 3D drawing platform. I have been using this since I was in middle school ... it's great and a cool opportunity to be creative. Check out the 3D Warehouse as well, which allows you to download pre made models of just about anything.

Medium - Web writing tool... write about things you care about! The best way to become a writer, if that is your goal, is to write! You can also read pieces from other amateur writers on an unlimited amount of topics.

School of Life (YouTube Channel) - Informative and entertaining videos on a large range of interesting topics.

World Digital Library - Database of maps, books, documents, etc.

EdX - Free online courses from the world’s best universities. Includes MIT, Harvard, and Berkeley.

TED - Speeches from people at the top of their fields.

Duolingo - Free online language software.

The Write Practice - Practice your writing with characterization tutorials, short story tutorials, grammar tutorials, and interviewing tutorials.

Poets.org - read poetry

Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy (Plato) - Philosphical encyclopedia, with detailed explanations of every philopsher or thought system imaginable. The link takes you to the page on Plato, but you can search for Aristotle, or Locke, or anyone or anything related to philosophy.

Adobe Photoshop Tutorials - Free online tutorials from Adobe on how to use the features of Photoshop and how to create cool projects.
